Multilingual Customer Service Specialist – Control Tower (Portuguese/Spanish)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to support Control Tower operations, serving as the primary point of contact for field services and external stakeholders. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics-related activities across domestic and international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Field Services and external stakeholders
- Participate in and support Field Service and Service Delivery meetings
- Monitor and execute tooling demand across local and international sites
- Ensure timely delivery of tools aligned with operational requirements
- Track return readiness, including system monitoring and status updates
- Coordinate with logistics teams for domestic and international returns
- Ensure accurate processing and stamping of inbound tools
- Manage conversion of non-catalog tools into ETM catalog where applicable
- Oversee site-to-site transfers in coordination with internal teams
- Provide regular updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (required)
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or related operations
- Strong system navigation and computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills (Advantage but Not Required):
- Experience in planning and production scheduling
- Knowledge of domestic and international logistics coordination
- Background in inventory or tooling management
