Quezon City - Brand Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand positioning and campaign strategy across digital platforms, email, social media, and live events
• Oversee marketing communications and execution for two aligned lifestyle/fitness brands

• Guide the creation of compelling content, support brand storytelling, and manage partnerships
• Collaborate with the internal team to bring the brand to life through daily initiatives

• Create and manage social media calendars for both brands
• Oversee branding and visual asset production, from concept through to execution

• Manage and support a small, creative marketing team, including:
• Graphic Designer
• Social Media Manager
• Social Media Coordinator
• Studio Manager (for marketing-related activities)

• Develop strategies to grow and engage a global and regional fitness community
• Design and execute campaigns to increase class attendance and promote training programs
• Supervise the creation and deployment of newsletters for both brands

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
• A blend of creative vision and data-informed decision making
• Proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies, evaluate performance, and scale what works
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
