Job Overview
The Events Account Executive acts as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful planning and execution of projects and events. This role involves managing client expectations, preparing project proposals, and supporting revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main contact person for client concerns and requirements
- Create customized proposals and conduct client presentations
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
- Collaborate with production and operations teams for project coordination
- Assist in budget monitoring and project profitability management
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed requirements
- Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices, and other documentation
- Support the achievement of company sales objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Experience in events, client servicing, account management, or sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities
- Able to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
