Facilities Technician (Mechanical / Tooling / Fabrication)

JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Technician supports facility operations through maintenance, tooling, fabrication, and technical support activities. Open positions are available for Mechanical Technician, Tooling Technician, and Fabrication Technician/Welder roles.

The position is open for with experience, fresh graduates, and technical/vocational graduates with interest and passion in facilities and technical operations.

1. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

• Assist in operating, maintaining, and monitoring mechanical and utility equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities
• Support installation, testing, and repair works
• Record maintenance activities and prepare basic reports
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to complete assigned tasks

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Servicing, or related field
• Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, compressors, and utility equipment is an advantage
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety procedures

1. TOOLING TECHNICIAN

• Assist in monitoring tool inventory and issuance
• Track calibration schedules and maintain records
• Support preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacement coordination for tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitoring records, and reports
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment
• Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and vendors to support operational requirements
• Follow company safety and quality procedures at all times

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or related field
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment handling, and maintenance practices is an advantage
• Familiarity with documentation, inventory monitoring, or Excel is an advantage
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling records and equipment
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with team members and supervisors

1. FABRICATOR

• Assist in fabrication and welding activities based on project requirements
• Perform cutting, welding, fit-up, assembly, and finishing works
• Support fabrication work in accordance with approved drawings and work instructions
• Operate fabrication tools, equipment, and machinery safely and properly
• Follow quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Maintain basic fabrication records and daily activity reports
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical Technology, or related field
• Basic knowledge of ARC (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), or TIG (GTAW) welding is an advantage
• Able to read basic technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team environment
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Experience in maintenance, tooling, fabrication, or related technical work is an advantage but not required
• Must be willing to work onsite in FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
