A leading BPO company is looking for a QA Supervisor with strong experience in Onboarding and Background Check (BGC) processes within an RPO setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce QA protocols aligned with internal and client standards.
• Audit onboarding and BGC processes; identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct quality coaching sessions and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of QA assessments for audits and compliance.
• Analyze data and prepare quality reports on performance, compliance, and trends.
• Collaborate with operations and client teams to resolve QA concerns.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to client procedures and data privacy laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Residing in NCR or neighboring region
• 2–4 years QA Supervisor experience in RPO, focused on Onboarding/BGC
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• Strong audit, reporting, and compliance experience
• Leadership skills with excellent communication and coaching ability
• Proficient in MS Office, QA tools, ATS/onboarding systems (preferred)
• Can multitask and meet quality/operational goals independently
