Bartender Supervisor - Quezon City

This position will oversee and be part of the day-to-day activities of bar team members, while providing and engaging experience for guests, helping to ensure high-quality beverages and presentation, while following health and safety guidelines.

• The Bartender Supervisor should lead by example to demonstrate the creation of signature cocktails, train new bartenders, manage inventory/stocks, and ensure that the bar is running smoothly and seamlessly during service.
• The Bartender Supervisor will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop drink menus, and sales strategies, while accounting for promotional tactics to enhance revenue. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership attributes, a sound knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails, as well as a sheer passion for hospitality and service contribution.
• The Bartender Supervisor is required to possess a minimum of three years bartending experience, with at least one or two years in a lead/supervisory capacity, preferably in a hotel or high-end dining experience.
• The Bartender Supervisor engages in guests' interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
• The Bartender Supervisor is the lynch-pinch of establishing a fresh, fun, and inviting atmosphere that is beneficial for the overall guest experience.
