What you'll be doing- Oversee overall construction operations from pre-site inspection up until post construction evaluation
- Filling up comprehensive reports after every meeting / site inspection.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards
- Providing training and guidance to employees on safety best practices
- Investigating and reporting on incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Officer that is committed to do fully-onsite work
- With experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry
- With experience in handling installers and other personel
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence employees at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for promoting a safe work environment
