JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and utilities. The role includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, welding/fabrication works, and safe operation of material handling equipment (MHE) to support maintenance and warehouse operations.
Years of Related Experience: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years in facilities and building maintenance
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of Mechanical Industrial Technology or related field with NC II, actual training (Maintenance Person)
- With at least 2 years experience in Facilities and Building Maintenance
Specialization:
- Basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
- Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of facility equipment
- Minor repairs for building structures and utilities
- Support in equipment operation (e.g., pumps, motors, generators, docks levelers, doors and lightings)
Skills Set:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Welding and basic metal fabrication (repair of frames, supports, piping)
- Operation of MHE (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) for material movement and support activities
