The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine building maintenance and repair works
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and facilities
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and safe
- Report major issues and coordinate with supervisors or contractors
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and maintenance procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in building or facilities maintenance is an advantage
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical works
- Ability to fix and complete repairs efficiently
- Physically fit and able to perform maintenance duties
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work flexible schedules if required
