Technical Business Development Manager upto 50k with Commission
Office location: ParanaqueSalary: ₱40,000–₱50,000 + Commission
We are seeking a proactive Technical Business Development Manager to drive outbound sales and generate new project opportunities. Your role is to connect with developers, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers, qualify leads, and secure initial meetings.Our leadership team will handle solution design and closing.
Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- -Present GPON, GRMS, Smart Lighting, and building automation solutions.
- -Qualify leads and gather project requirements.
- -Manage the sales pipeline and CRM.
- -3+ years of business development or pre-sales experience in ELV, building automation, smart lighting, or hospitality technology.
- -Experience in construction, real estate, or hotel development.
- -Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- -Self-driven with a hunter mindset.
