Roles / Responsibilities: Prepare and process vouchers with proper authorization and documentation
Record income and expenses and ensure timely paymentsMonitor and follow up on vendor invoices and preparation of 2307
Perform clerical duties: filing, record maintenance, emailing, photocopying
Handle accounting queries from colleagues and vendors professionallyPrepare invoices and handle receivables
Cash Handling
Bank and Cash reconciliation
Support Finance Manager
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
Preferably with accounting experience but fresh graduates are welcomeExperience in general accounting functions preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in figures
Strong multitasking ability, positive attitude, and motivation
Team player; highly organized, trustworthy, hardworking, and goal‑oriented
Proficiency in MS Office is required
