Production Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Production Planning - coordinates with Activation and each section of Post-Activation for the planning of orders based on the capacity plan.
2. Coordinates with the Supply Chain for orders and issues faced.
3. Coordinates with Finished Goods , Logistics and QA Department for the dispatch schedule.
4. Reviews the inventory report and creates a plan for consumption including the reduction of old stock.
5. Supports Post-Activation Section in optimization operations, root-cause analysis incase of issues, and other activities as process engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
2. Knowledgeable in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
3. Ability to handle work in a lean organization structure and fast-paced work environment.
4. Possesses strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
5. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Registered Engineer license is an advantage.
3. At least three (3) years extensive experience as a Production or Process Engineer in a Manufacturing Industry.

NOTE: PROVIDES SHUTTLE FROM AND TO THE PLANT.
