About the role
MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, this position will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise
- Implement effective merchandising and visual displays to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and implementing effective merchandising strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analysis
