Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support large-scale offshore and construction projects for an Australian client.

The role is approximately 80% document control and 20% project administration. Strong experience in oil and gas, offshore, mining, marine, engineering, fabrication, or large-scale construction projects is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing technical, engineering, contractual, and project documents.
  • Maintain document registers, drawing logs, transmittals, revision histories, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure documents are accurately numbered, indexed, filed, distributed, and updated.
  • Coordinate document flow across clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor outstanding submissions, approvals, comments, and revisions.
  • Conduct regular audits of document management systems.
  • Support project close-out and handover documentation.
  • Assist with meeting minutes, reports, action registers, correspondence, and general project administration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of strong document control experience in oil and gas, offshore, mining, marine, EPC, fabrication, or major construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings, transmittals, revisions, registers, and document workflows.
  • Experience using Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, TeamBinder, InEight, Asite, or similar systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting Australian projects or clients is highly regarded.
  • Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday on a morning shift schedule)
