Job Description
Posted on 9 May 2026- Responsible for preparing and presenting actual site measurements and as-built drawings to compare and superimpose against contract layouts.
- Prepares RFAs (Requests for Approval) and RFIs (Requests for Information/Inquiry).
- Prepares shop drawings for approval of material submittals and project layouts.
- Prepares shop drawings to address conflicts and discrepancies in site conditions.
- Prepares shop drawings and cutting lists for materials required for approval and procurement.
- Prepares as-built plans for project closeout documentation and occupancy requirements.
- Modifies and prepares production drawings and detailed plans for architectural and MEPF works.
- Conducts site visits and actualization activities to verify site conditions, confirm layouts, gather site information, and finalize actual measurements.
- Assists in developing practical solutions to site condition issues and project queries.
- Holds a degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, and other CAD related course.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD Software (2D and 3D)
- Able to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
- Capable of producing detailed drawings with minimal supervision.
- Strong coordination and communication skills when working with peers, co-workers, and supervisors.
