Draftsman and CAD Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and plans for:
- Elevated water tanks (structural and layout)
- Deep well drilling systems and facilities
- Pump houses and cistern/storage tanks
- Piping systems and layouts
- Electrical layouts related to water systems
- Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design concepts into technical drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of plans
- Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
✅ Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman / CAD Operator in civil and structural works
- Strong background in:
- Elevated water tank design and drafting
- Deep well systems and related infrastructure
- Piping and electrical layout drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD (required); knowledge of other drafting software is a plus
- Good understanding of construction standards and detailing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
⭐ Preferred / Advantage:
- Experience working on deep well drilling projects or water utility systems
- Background in structural engineering drawings
- Familiarity or interest in AI tools, automation, or computer programming languages
- Resides in Quezon City, preferably near Project 6
