Accounting Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Officer to join our team.
The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, monitoring records, and assisting in maintaining organized financial reports for our operations.
Responsibilities:- Record and monitor daily income and expenses
- Assist in accounts payable and documentation
- Prepare and organize reports and financial records
- Monitor due dates and transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal staff when needed
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Help improve and organize accounting systems and processes
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management, or related course
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Knowledge in BIR compliance is an advantage
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Full-time
