Schedule: Monday -Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Adobe InDesign and MS Office Tools proficiency
Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content
Experience with RFPs, RFIs and preparing tender and bid
Experience with direct client communication
Experience in architecture, engineering, or contracting firms with similar bid management roles is preferred.

What will you do?

Responding to RFIs and RFPs by deadline
Build reusable assets such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response
Prepare project pricing
Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate
Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate
Review all incoming RFPs and determeine which services are required
Reach out to relevant sub consltants for pricing as necessary
