The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and servicing guest rooms to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
Make beds and change linens, towels, and toiletries
Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all room surfaces and furniture
Replenish room supplies such as soap, tissue, and minibar items
Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
Ensure lost and found items are properly handled and reported
Follow proper housekeeping procedures and safety standards
Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner

Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean and organized condition

Qualifications/Requirements

TESDA-certified training in housekeeping is an advantage.
Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred; fresh applicants with training are welcome
Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, standards, and hygiene practices
Strong attention to detail in cleanliness, room arrangement, and completeness of amenities
Good time management skills to efficiently clean and prepare rooms within set schedules
Able to follow instructions, SOPs, and checklists accurately
Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and perform tasks for long hours
Capable of handling repetitive cleaning tasks for multiple rooms daily
