Cebu Condotels is a growing short-term rental company managing 80+ units in Cebu City. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Staff/ Room Attendant to help maintain high cleaning standards across our units.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare units for incoming guests
- Change beddings, towels, and restock basic supplies
- Ensure units are clean, organized, and ready on time
- Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Coordinate with the operations team for daily schedules
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Can work under pressure and meet tight turnaround times
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays if needed
- Someone reliable and consistent
- Takes pride in their work
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Can work independently and as part of a team
