• Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications end-to-end — Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights — including Dataverse modelling, security roles, business rules, BPF, and dashboards.
• Run remote discovery workshops with Australian customers — process discovery, pain-point capture, future-state design, and gap analysis against out-of-the-box capability.
• Author functional design documents — process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration specs that are clear, testable, and traceable.
• Lead UAT — own test scripts, defect triage, training material, and hypercare planning through to go-live sign-off.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with AU customer process owners and end-user champions, delivered entirely over Teams and Azure DevOps.
• Drive user adoption — author training guides, quick reference cards, and training decks; deliver remote training sessions.
• Support pre-sales — contribute to discovery sessions, demo scripting, and scope shaping alongside AU architects.
• Pair with technical consultants remotely — write extension briefs, validate builds, and maintain ALM discipline across environments.
• Contribute to the company's CE accelerator library — reusable configuration templates and demo-ready solutions that raise the bar for the practice.
• Pursue AI fluency — actively explore Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and AI Builder; track Microsoft wave releases and surface relevant capability to customers and the team.
• Key Criteria
• ~3–7 years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE functional consultant, with at least 2 end-to-end engagements delivered.
• Strong configuration depth in at least two of: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights.
• Power Platform fluency at the functional level — model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse modelling.
• Remote workshop facilitation experience — has run discovery and process design over Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English — non-negotiable; functional designs, process maps, and user stories must be high quality.
• Curiosity — actively learning the next Microsoft wave, Copilot capability, and better ways of working.

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a fully remote work setup.
