Skin Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Skin Consultant to join our dynamic team at Behavior Modification, Inc.' in Greenhills, San Juan City. As a Skin Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality skincare services and expert advice to our valued clients.

1. Perform comprehensive skin assessments and diagnose skin conditions to recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
2. Provide personalised skincare consultations and advice to customers, guiding them on the best solutions for their individual needs
3. Perform a range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and other rejuvenating procedures
4. Maintain detailed records of client information, treatment plans, and product recommendations
5. Actively participate in regular training and development to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques
6. Contribute to the overall success of the business by providing exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction

1. Bachelor's Degree in Dermatology, Cosmetology, Business, or related field. (preferred)
2. Experience as Skin Consultant, Sales Consultant, or in similar beauty/wellness role.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized and empathetic care to clients.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. (preferred)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and advise clients effectively.
6. Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
7. Fresh Graduate willing to undergo proper training.
8. Willing to work onsite.
