OPERATIONS ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Qualification:

  • With Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field can be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, or legal.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources;
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, including those related to local regulations, SEC guidelines
  • Skills set required: analytical, communication, presentation, coordination, active listening, critical thinking, reading comprehension, writing, monitoring, service orientation, time management, organizational, interpersonal, judgment and decision making, active learning, diplomacy, mentoring, leadership and team building, negotiation, change management, project management, conflict management, multitasking, political sensitivity, salesmanship, and persuasion and influencing.
  • Preferably with hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Unquestioned Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate property acquisitions, including title transfers, legal due diligence, and documentation for ongoing and future projects.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance by coordinating building permits, licenses, and other government requirements.
  • Provide critical operations support through billing validation, compliance monitoring, and contractor bond management.
  • Manage BOI registration and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and handling ITH applications.
  • Develop and maintain a digital operations database while ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships by maintaining effective partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Support the Operations Head and management team in achieving strategic goals and directives.
