About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Account Manager to join our Broker Sales team in our Paseo, Makati office. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our valued broker partnerships, ensuring we provide exceptional service and support to help our brokers succeed.This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Maintain and develop strong relationships with our network of insurance brokers
- Provide exceptional sales and account management support to our broker partners
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with brokers to win new corporate clients
- Collaborate with our underwriting and product teams to ensure brokers have the tools and resources they need
- Contribute to the development of broker-focused initiatives and strategies
- Monitor broker and client satisfaction, and implement actions to continuously improve our service
- Represent Nezda Technologies, Inc.' at industry events and conferences
- 3-5 years of experience in a broker sales or account management role within the Background in Insurance or Healthcare industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively liaise with brokers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to handle complex client requests
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage landscape and products
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and drive
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
