• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or financial reporting
• Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP, including financial statement preparation, interpretation, and compliance
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Background in ERP systems and financial data management
• Strong ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and integrity standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders

• Lead sales and gross profit reporting for NA Distributor and Specialty Business Units, ensuring US GAAP-compliant financial reporting and analysis
• Analyze financial statements, sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance to deliver actionable insights
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlook processes, including sales modeling, trend analysis, and variance reporting to leadership
• Build and maintain financial, sales, pricing, and profitability models using actuals and forward projections
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to drive data-informed campaigns, promotions, and product strategies
• Conduct profitability analysis, business reviews, and ad hoc strategic analysis to support decision-making
• Manage commission frameworks, including calculations, reconciliations, performance tracking, and statement generation
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports (sales, gross profit, P&L, operating expenses) and business review materials
• Support strategic planning cycles, including ROI analysis, latest outlook preparation, and long-term forecasting
• Analyze pricing, costing, and margin performance; develop pricing models and escalate risks as needed
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and continuous improvement of reporting processes
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs under tight deadlines

• Deliver 99% of recurring and ad hoc reports on or before deadlines
• Ensure 99% accuracy in all reports with no rework required
• Complete ad hoc analysis within requested timelines or within 48 hours if unspecified
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation (data sources, version history, definitions)

• Deliver monthly sales and gross profit reports with insights by the 5th business day
• Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reports by sub-business unit to finance and leadership teams
• Complete financial slides for Monthly Business Reviews ahead of deadlines
• Prepare and distribute operating expense reports for Marketplace cost centers by the 10th business day
• Complete monthly commission calculations and MBO performance analysis; align with Accounting for accurate accruals

• Analyze advertising spend ROI and provide monthly recommendations
• Support latest outlook cycles and planning periods with financial analysis
• Contribute to milestone forecasts and long-term planning with cross-functional input

• Analyze standard costs, commission costs, and gross margins to evaluate profitability
• Develop pricing and profitability models for promotions, new products, and quotations
• Identify and escalate pricing or cost issues within two business days

• Support strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities, addressing issues, and adapting to changing priorities
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve business objectives
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and ownership in delivering high-quality results
• Analyze data to anticipate risks, make informed decisions, and take proactive action
• Communicate insights clearly and contribute to data-driven decision-making
