We’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Philippines team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely handling of customer orders from receipt through to delivery.- Receive and process customer orders accurately following UK-authored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements
- Verify all order details — pricing, quantities, product specifications, and delivery requirements — before final submission
- Input orders into the company’s ERP/order management system, ensuring first-time-right accuracy at every step
- Maintain complete, clean, and auditable records for all order transactions
- Provide clear, timely updates on order status to customers and internal UK teams
- Respond to enquiries about order status, shipping, and product availability; escalate complex matters to the UK team when needed
- Build strong working relationships with UK Sales, Production, and Logistics teams
- Manage the order book, monitor open orders, and support efforts to reduce order cycle times
- Resolve order-related issues such as discrepancies, delays, or returns, collaborating closely with UK teams
- Identify recurring process gaps or improvement opportunities and share feedback with the UK team
- Support inventory accuracy by flagging stock discrepancies and reconciling system records
- Help streamline workflows and propose practical improvements based on daily operations
- Maintain shared documentation, trackers, and reports as directed
- Join regular team check-ins and alignment meetings to stay updated on priorities
- Demonstrable experience in order processing, logistics, operations, or supply chain roles — ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or a similar environment
- Hands-on experience using ERP or order management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to resolving issues
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Proven ability to work strictly to defined SOPs and service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Excellent written and spoken English — able to communicate clearly and professionally with UK-based colleagues and customers
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with international stakeholders or across time zones is highly desirable
- Reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined — able to work full-time aligned to UK working hours (Monday–Friday, including BST/GMT transitions) consistently

- Based in or willing to work from Angeles City, Pampanga
