We’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Philippines team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely handling of customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately following UK-authored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements
  • Verify all order details — pricing, quantities, product specifications, and delivery requirements — before final submission
  • Input orders into the company’s ERP/order management system, ensuring first-time-right accuracy at every step
  • Maintain complete, clean, and auditable records for all order transactions
  • Provide clear, timely updates on order status to customers and internal UK teams
  • Respond to enquiries about order status, shipping, and product availability; escalate complex matters to the UK team when needed
  • Build strong working relationships with UK Sales, Production, and Logistics teams
  • Manage the order book, monitor open orders, and support efforts to reduce order cycle times
  • Resolve order-related issues such as discrepancies, delays, or returns, collaborating closely with UK teams
  • Identify recurring process gaps or improvement opportunities and share feedback with the UK team
  • Support inventory accuracy by flagging stock discrepancies and reconciling system records
  • Help streamline workflows and propose practical improvements based on daily operations
  • Maintain shared documentation, trackers, and reports as directed
  • Join regular team check-ins and alignment meetings to stay updated on priorities
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrable experience in order processing, logistics, operations, or supply chain roles — ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or a similar environment
  • Hands-on experience using ERP or order management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to resolving issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Proven ability to work strictly to defined SOPs and service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Excellent written and spoken English — able to communicate clearly and professionally with UK-based colleagues and customers
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with international stakeholders or across time zones is highly desirable
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined — able to work full-time aligned to UK working hours (Monday–Friday, including BST/GMT transitions) consistently

  • Based in or willing to work from Angeles City, Pampanga
