Compliance (Main Focus)
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance documents, records, and reports, especially related to real estate and properties.
  • Assist in the submission and monitoring of government permits, licenses, and certifications.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Track renewal schedules of permits and other compliance requirements.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of compliance-related records (both digital and physical).
Administrative Duties
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support such as drafting letters, managing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, trainings, and compliance-related activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect required documents and information.
  • Support the Admin team with office concerns such as supplies, logistics, and communications.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, documentation, or administrative work.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with document filing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
