Qualifications – Business Process Manager

Focus: Process Improvement & Documentation

Certifications (Preferred Not required)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt – proven ability in process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Business Process Management (BPM) Certification – strong foundation in end-to-end process design and control.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master) – for managing process-related projects.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Auditor/Implementer (advantageous for organizations with compliance needs).
Experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in process management, improvement initiatives, or operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, document, and optimize processes across multiple business units.
  • Strong track record of writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and process documentation.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and/or facilitating process workshops.
  • Hands-on involvement in automation, workflow redesign, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation tools
  • Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data-driven process evaluation
