Accounting supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with management policies and government regulations. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, maintaining accounting records, supervising accounting personnel, and supporting management through financial analysis and operational controls.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure all processed vouchers comply with company policies and government regulations.
• Handle BIR compliance and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
• Maintain and monitor the company’s books of accounts.
• Supervise accounting personnel and oversee clerical accounting tasks.
• Review and verify the accuracy of inventory reports and related accounting records.
• Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with accounting standards and procedures.
• Review payroll processed by the HR Department for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and BIR compliance.
• Experience in inventory accounting and cost analysis is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Two (2) Full-time position is available.
