About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Supervisor to join our highly respected DN Steel Group of Companies' team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with relevant financial standards and regulations.

• Supervising and coordinating the daily financial accounting activities
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and other critical financial reports for the management team
• Ensuring the company's accounting records and systems are maintained accurately and in accordance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
• Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate financial risks
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting, tax and other financial regulations
• Ensuring that all BIR reports are submitted

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
