Overview
The client is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst Supervisor to lead our finance team in delivering
accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic recommendations that support business
growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail,and the ability to mentor a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Financial Analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and variance
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to
- Review and validate financial models, reports, and analyses prepared by the team for accuracy and
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business and financial
- Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational
- Drive month-end and year-end financial reporting activities while ensuring timely and accurate
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and applicable accounting standards.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and executive presentations as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a finance team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query,
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while leading and
developing a high-performing team.
Nice-to-Haves- CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations or shared services environments.
- Experience leading process improvement or finance transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is a plus.
