Dynamics 365 Consultant - Business Central Consultant / NAV

We are looking for an Dynamics 365 Consultant - Business Central or NAV who can help improve ERP processes, support users, and work closely with technical and business teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business challenges while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience with ERP implementation, customization, or support
• Familiar with basic technical skills such as JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and API integrations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Provide day-to-day ERP support and troubleshoot user issues
• Work with developers for customizations, integrations, and system enhancements
• Assist in data migration, testing, and deployment activities
• Create user documentation and conduct basic user training
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams
• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements
• Support ERP implementation and upgrade projects
• Ensure system processes follow company standards and best practices
