Develop and implement security controls based on ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and OWASP frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
- Manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure its continuous improvement.
- Evaluate third-party cyber risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance SAP infrastructure security (if applicable).
- Provide guidance on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.
- Deliver expert advice on control implementation to strengthen cybersecurity posture.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and regulatory changes within the FMCG industry.
Lead high‑impact cybersecurity and regulatory initiatives.Work with global teams shaping Henkel's IT security strategy.
A successful IT Security & Regulatory Consultant should have:
- Proficiency in ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP, and GDPR compliance.
- Experience in performing risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Knowledge of ISMS management and third-party cyber risk evaluation.
- Familiarity with SAP infrastructure security (a plus).
- Relevant certifications such as CISA or ITIL.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices.
