About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this full-time Human Resources role is a fantastic opportunity to join Philippine Wine Merchants' team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As the Human Resources specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that support the company's growth and champion a positive, collaborative work culture.(Recruitment and Manpower Development)
What you'll be doing- Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and professional development
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to drive employee engagement and retention
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and improve processes
- Collaborating with the management team to support the company's overall strategic objectives
- experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in the Philippines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR initiatives
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
