Job Description:
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Perform related clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, printing, mailing, and sorting mail.
- Ensure that an adequate amount of office supplies is on stock reorder levels.
- Assists the Mall Supervisor/Mall Engineer for monitoring of the government requirements as well as awareness for the compliance of the aforesaid required documents deadlines.
- Review all billings from contractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy before sending it to Head Office.
- Conduct ocular inspections at the mall premises as necessary in order to help Mall Supervisor during his/her absence and advise the Mall Supervisor regarding the noted deviation.
- Attend the regular operations meetings in order to keep updated of the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensure that minutes of the meeting are properly recorded and documented for future references.
- Be familiar and aware with technical aspects of the mall
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications
- Ability to exhibit confidentiality, discretion, and integrity in all aspects of the job
- Strong degree of initiative and judgement
Educational Background:
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/ College Degrees, any field
Preferred Skills but not Necessary:
- Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Operational knowledge of printers, photocopiers, laminators & fax machines
- Ability to troubleshoot office equipment problems, when required
- Aptitude for working with numbers with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to problem solve effectively when required
