Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support the maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical knowledge and strong coordination skills to manage day-to-day repair and maintenance activities while ensuring excellent service support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• With 1–3 years of relevant experience in facilities, property management, or related roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Familiarity with facilities improvement and construction processes
• Exposure to internal renovations or building improvement projects
• Experience as Safety Officer and/or Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage
• Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, basic reporting tools)
• With a valid driver’s license

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair works (plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, etc.)
• Assist in renovation, construction, and facilities improvement projects
• Liaise with government agencies for permits and compliance requirements
• Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facilities
