Finance Controller (Real Estate)

Our client, a growing company in the real estate and property development industry, is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead its finance and accounting function.

Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions
• Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and financial controls
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and finance processes
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA is highly preferred
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Financial Controller, Finance Head, or similar senior finance role
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or a related industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
