Finance Controller (Real Estate)

Our client, a growing company in the real estate and property development industry, is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead its finance and accounting function.
Location: AlabangWork Setup: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions
- Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and financial controls
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and finance processes
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Financial Controller, Finance Head, or similar senior finance role
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or a related industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
