About the role

2. Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions
3. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our products and services
4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Actively participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

1. High school diploma or college degree
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
4. Proficiency in using computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
6. Demonstrated customer service experience or a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
