Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a professional and friendly tone on all calls
Document customer interactions accurately

Qualifications
Strong English communication skills are required
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable handling phone-based support

Basic computer knowledge

Willing to work onsite and flexible schedules for 24/6 operations
