Role SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for top-of-funnel pipeline
development. This role qualifies inbound leads and conducts outbound
prospecting to generate high-quality meetings for the Senior Account
Executive.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate
- Qualify inbound leads based on target customer profiles.
- Book and coordinate discovery calls for Senior Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate lead activity and notes in the CRM.
- Support marketing initiatives and event follow-ups.

- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or SDR roles in SaaS or tech.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Resilient, curious, and eager to learn.
- Experience in EdTech or the higher education sector is highly
desirable
