Role Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for top-of-funnel pipeline
development. This role qualifies inbound leads and conducts outbound
prospecting to generate high-quality meetings for the Senior Account

Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate
interest.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on target customer profiles.
  • Book and coordinate discovery calls for Senior Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead activity and notes in the CRM.
  • Support marketing initiatives and event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement of outreach scripts and
cadences.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or SDR roles in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Resilient, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Experience in EdTech or the higher education sector is highly
