Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive new business and build lasting client partnerships. You'll manage inbound leads, identify opportunities, collaborate with global teams, and support customers throughout their lifecycle-all while maximizing revenue and ensuring long-term retention.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or a related field (SaaS/tech experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales or retention targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and liaising with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Support teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales/marketing automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase)
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs proactively

Your Daily Tasks

Lead Management & Qualification
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from multiple sources, including marketing campaigns and partner referrals
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Customer Success & Retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to maximize product and service value
  • Conduct regular check-ins and monitor customer health
  • Address issues proactively to increase retention and reduce churn
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Directors, TAMs, Support) to coordinate product updates and resolve feedback efficiently
Pipeline Growth & Revenue Generation
  • Support Sales Directors to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive account expansions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that meet revenue targets
  • Track and forecast lead conversion metrics
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline status and key wins
Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for strategic accounts
  • Document progress and gather new requirements
  • Identify and present product enhancement opportunities based on customer feedback
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Share customer insights with Marketing to refine lead-generation campaigns and improve messaging
  • Partner with Technical Account Managers to resolve complex support issues
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new customers
  • Participate in training to stay current on product features, industry trends, and best practices
