About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive - Broker Servicing to join our dynamic sales team at MAAGAP Insurance Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our broker partners whilst driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.As Account Executive - Broker Servicing, you will be the key point of contact for assigned broker accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities to expand our market presence through strategic account management.
Key responsibilities- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned broker accounts, serving as the primary liaison between brokers and the insurance company
- Develop and implement account strategies to increase premium volume, market share and profitability within assigned territories or accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and address any service gaps
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and support to brokers to facilitate effective sales and policy placements
- Process broker submissions, applications and policy documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to broker inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims and operations teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and servicing
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and marketing materials tailored to broker needs
- Track and report on account performance metrics, sales activity and pipeline development to management
- Participate in broker meetings, industry events and training sessions to strengthen relationships and showcase company offerings
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, broker servicing or sales within the insurance industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing broker accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles and broker operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, provide solutions and close sales opportunities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple accounts and tasks
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales targets and service standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field is preferred
