Administrative Assistant
General Clerical Tasks: Handle day-to-day office administrative work, including photocopying, scanning documents, printing forms, data entry, sorting incoming mail, and managing office files.
Finance Assistance: Provide external support to the Finance department by acting as a runner for essential errands, such as making bank deposits, encashing checks, submitting documents to government offices (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), or delivering urgent papers to partners.
Records Management: Maintain, update, and organize digital and physical employee files (201 files), ensuring absolute data privacy and completeness.
Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements on various job boards, screen initial resumes, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in preparing onboarding kits, scheduling new-hire orientations, and collecting/verifying required pre-employment documents.
Time & Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily time logs, leave requests, and absences to compile accurate data for payroll processing.
HR Administration: Assist in drafting internal memos, routing HR documents for signature, and coordinating company events or employee engagement activities.
