Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving Administrative Assistant who can keep pace with a high-output, day-to-day workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including day-to-day office coordination, email management, and document handling and office maintenance.
- Assist with finance tasks such as recording expenses, tracking payments, basic bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation
- Support HR processes including attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and government benefits processing
- Assist in operations, including online customer service support and key account or customer coordination.

- Works fast and delivers within the same day whenever needed
- Maintains accuracy and attention to detail under time pressure
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Proactive, responsive, and requires minimal follow-up
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
