OHN Occupational Health Nurse (Company Nurse)
The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite clinical and emergency care within a corporate or site-based environment. This role ensures the health, safety, and overall well-being of employees through effective medical response, clinic operations, and compliance with occupational health standards.
The position plays a key role in supporting workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness, and preventive health initiatives, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.
What You'll Do:
Provide first aid, emergency care, and patient assessment
Handle clinic operations, documentation, and medical reporting
Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and external providers
Support DOLE compliance and workplace safety (OH&S) programs
Assist in PEME/APE, wellness programs, and health education
Manage cases, referrals, and return-to-work processes
Qualifications:
Must be a registered nurse (PRC licensed)
1–3 years experience working as Occupational Health Nurse, Company Nurse, or Bedside Nurse
Corporate/occupational health experience is a plus
Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified (preferred)
With BLS / ACLS certificate
Able to work in an onsite setup
