Minimum Qualifications:
- Active PRC Nursing License is required
- At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a Healthcare BPO account handling PHRN associates
- Minimum of 1 year bedside or hospital clinical experience
- Proven experience managing healthcare-related operations in a BPO environment
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas
- Open to shifting schedule arrangements
- Can start immediately
