SALES ELECTRICAL TENDERING
Key Responsibilities- Tendering & Estimation
- Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, and drawings
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Perform cost estimation and pricing calculations
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and lead times
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and standards
- Support sales team during pre-bid and post-bid activities
- Attend client meetings and technical discussions
- Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms when required
- Identify new business opportunities and projects
- Interpret electrical single-line diagrams and layouts
- Recommend suitable electrical products and solutions
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
- Clarify technical deviations and exceptions
- Maintain tender records and bid tracking
- Prepare comparison sheets and costing reports
- Ensure timely submission of bids
- Update CRM/ERP systems and management reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical sales/tendering/estimation
- Knowledge of electrical systems, LV/MV products, or MEP projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools
- Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
