About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the Visayas/Mindanao region for Autoglass.Ph.,Inc', a leading provider of automotive glass solutions. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the region.With a focus on the local market, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the region
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure they reach their individual and team goals
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business by providing insights and recommendations based on regional performance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
