What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSR with Salesforce or Hubspot background is a MUST!
Strong problem-solving skills and patience when working with non-technical users
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow detailed procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Available to work during US business hours

Ideal Candidate: someone who enjoys helping others solve technical problems and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Support Systems: Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers

Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services
Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received
Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers
Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
Updating customer records following each contact

Staying up to date on the latest products and services an organization provides

Process Assistance: Support the implementation of new processes by helping train users on system changes

Assist with basic automation setup and testing under supervision
Help coordinate between different teams when system issues affect workflows

Document recurring issues and solutions for knowledge sharing

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions

Assist with regular system maintenance tasks and data cleanup
Support onboarding of new team members with system access and training

Provide reports on common issues and system usage patterns
